Driver Agreement
Version: 2.0 — Effective June 23, 2026
Drivorr is a neutral communication platform. All services are arranged directly between independent users. Drivorr is not a transportation provider, dispatcher, employer, or payment processor and does not set prices, assign drivers, process payments, or guarantee services.
Drivers are independent users and independent businesses responsible for license, insurance, registration, taxes, vehicle condition, legal compliance, payments, and deposits. The 2015+ vehicle guideline is a platform guideline only. Driver documents are self-submitted. Any subscription is for platform communication tools and does not create employment, dispatch, assignment, guaranteed earnings, or platform scheduling.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drivorr, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) user conduct, (b) services arranged or performed, (c) interactions with other users, or (d) violation of any law or agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with all referenced policies and agreements, constitute the entire agreement between users and Drivorr and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
Modifications
Drivorr reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Termination
Drivorr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of policies, or risk to other users or the platform.
Accepted Ride Requests
Once a ride request is accepted by a driver, it becomes unavailable to other drivers as part of a user-arranged agreement between independent users. Drivorr does not assign drivers, dispatch rides, or guarantee that any ride will be completed.
Non-Assignment Clarification
The restriction of availability after acceptance is a technical limitation reflecting a user-arranged agreement and does not constitute assignment, dispatch, or control by Drivorr.
No Guarantee
Acceptance of a ride request does not guarantee performance, completion, timing, or service quality. All obligations are solely between users.
Competing Offers and User Decisions
Drivorr does not coordinate, prioritize, or manage competing offers or driver selections and does not intervene in user decisions.
Cancellation After Acceptance
If a ride is cancelled after acceptance, it does not imply responsibility, fault, or obligation by Drivorr, and the platform does not reassign drivers.
Payment
All payments, deposits, and pricing are determined and handled directly between users. Drivorr does not process, transmit, hold, or refund payments.
Negotiation
All offers and counter offers are user-generated. Drivorr does not set, suggest, or control pricing.
Cancellation Clause
Cancellations update platform records only and do not determine fault, payment responsibility, refund rights, deposit obligations, or service liability. Drivorr does not process payments, issue refunds, resolve payment disputes, or guarantee ride completion.
No-Show Clause
No-show reports are user-submitted and informational only. Drivorr may review no-show reports for platform policy purposes only and does not determine legal fault or liability.
Review Moderation
Reviews are user-submitted opinions and informational only. Drivorr does not endorse, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of reviews. Drivorr may hide reviews for platform policy reasons without determining legal fault or truth.
Admin Action Clause
Any administrative action is for platform policy purposes only and does not constitute a legal finding, fault determination, or dispute resolution.
No Dispute Resolution
Drivorr does not investigate, adjudicate, or resolve disputes between users. All disputes must be resolved directly between users.
Driver Responsibility Acknowledgement
By using this platform as a driver, you acknowledge that you are an independent operator, not an employee or contractor of Drivorr. You are solely responsible for your vehicle, insurance, licensing, compliance with all applicable laws, and any services you provide.
Insurance Requirement
You are solely responsible for maintaining all insurance required by law and by any applicable regulations for transporting passengers in your jurisdiction. Drivorr does not provide, verify, or guarantee insurance coverage.
Licensing and Compliance
You are solely responsible for holding all licenses, permits, and authorizations required by law in your operating region. Drivorr does not verify, guarantee, or monitor licensing compliance.
Regional Legal Compliance
Users operating in jurisdictions with specific regulations governing private transportation, ridesharing, or passenger-for-hire services are solely responsible for understanding and complying with those regulations. Drivorr does not provide legal advice, compliance monitoring, or guidance for any region.
California Users
California users acknowledge that operating as a driver for hire without required licensing, insurance, or compliance with applicable state and local law is their sole responsibility. Drivorr is not a transportation network company and does not operate as one.
No Warranty
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Drivorr's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver
You expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: 'A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.'
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Data Retention and Use
Drivorr may retain and use data, communications, logs, records, and file metadata for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, moderation, upload security, and enforcement purposes.
