Drivorr does not verify coverage or provide insurance. Insurance Requirement Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining all insurance required by law and by any applicable regulations for transporting passengers in their jurisdiction. Drivorr does not provide, verify, or guarantee insurance coverage. Driver Documents and Responsibility Acknowledgement Driver documents are self-submitted. Drivorr does not independently verify or guarantee identity, insurance, vehicle condition, safety, or future user conduct. No Warranty The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Drivorr's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Arbitration and Class Action Waiver All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
