It is not a transportation provider, dispatcher, ride-hailing service, scheduling service, payment processor, employer, agent, broker, insurer, or safety authority. Rides are arranged directly between independent users. DRIVORR does not set prices, assign drivers, match riders to specific drivers, process payments, hold deposits, facilitate transactions, or guarantee services. All payment arrangements are solely between users. Drivers are independent users — not employees, agents, or contractors of DRIVORR. DRIVORR does not verify, certify, endorse, or guarantee any driver, identity, insurance, license, vehicle condition, or service quality. "Available" / "Not Available" status reflects the driver's self-set online status and does not constitute certification, endorsement, background clearance, or a safety guarantee of any kind. Documents submitted during Operational Review are reviewed solely for platform participation purposes. DRIVORR does not certify, validate, authenticate, or guarantee any document, insurance policy, license, or regulatory compliance. Background check results are provided by a third-party screening provider for informational purposes only. A background check does not guarantee safety, and DRIVORR makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of any background check. Users assume all risk. DRIVORR is not liable for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any user, nor for any injury, loss, or damage arising from user interactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRIVORR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. DRIVORR's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
