DRIVORR

Privacy Policy

Version: 2.1 — Effective June 30, 2026

Drivorr is a neutral communication platform. All services are arranged directly between independent users. Drivorr is not a transportation provider, dispatcher, employer, or payment processor and does not set prices, assign drivers, process payments, or guarantee services. Drivorr may collect account data, messages, ride data, offers, reports, reviews, legal acceptance logs, IP address if available, user agent if available, driver-uploaded documents, and admin review notes. Data is used to operate the platform, preserve records, support platform policy review, and maintain clickwrap acceptance. Users may request deletion subject to retention for legal, safety, dispute, security, backup, and compliance needs. Accepted Ride Requests Once a ride request is accepted by a driver, it becomes unavailable to other drivers as part of a user-arranged agreement between independent users. Drivorr does not assign drivers, dispatch rides, or guarantee that any ride will be completed. Non-Assignment Clarification The restriction of availability after acceptance is a technical limitation reflecting a user-arranged agreement and does not constitute assignment, dispatch, or control by Drivorr. No Guarantee Acceptance of a ride request does not guarantee performance, completion, timing, or service quality. All obligations are solely between users. Payment All payments, deposits, and pricing are determined and handled directly between users. Drivorr does not process, transmit, hold, or refund payments. Cancellation Cancellations update platform records only and do not determine responsibility, fault, or payment obligations. Reviews Reviews are user-submitted content and informational only. Drivorr does not endorse or guarantee their accuracy. No-Show Clause No-show reports are user-submitted and informational only. Drivorr may review no-show reports for platform policy purposes only and does not determine legal fault or liability. Review Moderation Reviews are user-submitted opinions and informational only. Drivorr does not endorse, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of reviews. Drivorr may hide reviews for platform policy reasons without determining legal fault or truth. Admin Action Clause Any administrative action is for platform policy purposes only and does not constitute a legal finding, fault determination, or dispute resolution. No Dispute Resolution Drivorr does not investigate, adjudicate, or resolve disputes between users. All disputes must be resolved directly between users. Location Privacy and Live Location Sharing Exact pickup and dropoff details are protected and disclosed only to the rider and selected driver after a user-arranged request is accepted. When a driver enables the "En Route" feature, the driver's device may voluntarily share approximate real-time location data with the rider via the platform solely for the purpose of facilitating the user-arranged pickup. This location sharing is initiated solely by the driver's own device and is not monitored, stored, or recorded by Drivorr beyond what is technically necessary to display it within the active session. Drivorr does not retain persistent location histories, does not provide live tracking as a safety service, and does not perform dispatch, routing, or safety monitoring. Users assume all risk associated with any location data shared between them. Location Data Disclaimer Location data shared during an active ride session is transmitted directly between users' devices and is informational only. Drivorr does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any shared location data. Location sharing does not constitute a safety guarantee, monitoring service, or dispatch service of any kind. Off-Platform Responsibility Once users connect through the platform, all communications, agreements, services, payments, and transactions occur solely between users and outside the control of Drivorr. Trust Metrics Disclaimer Profile details, profile completion, completed ride counts, ratings, reviews, response activity, cancellation activity, document indicators, payment preferences, and deposit preferences may be user-submitted, system-generated, or incomplete. These indicators are informational only and do not represent endorsement, recommendation, operational approval, identity review, insurance review, legality, suitability, reliability, or a guarantee by Drivorr. File Privacy Driver documents are stored privately and are not publicly visible to riders or other users. Access may be limited to the account owner and restricted platform operations, security, moderation, legal compliance, or dispute handling where necessary. Driver Documents and Responsibility Acknowledgement Driver documents are self-submitted. Drivorr does not independently verify or guarantee identity, insurance, vehicle condition, safety, or future user conduct. No Warranty The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Drivorr's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). California Civil Code Section 1542 Waiver You expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: 'A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.' Arbitration and Class Action Waiver All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
