Safety Guidelines
Version: 1.0 — Effective May 4, 2026
Drivorr is a neutral communication platform. All services are arranged directly between independent users. Drivorr is not a transportation provider, dispatcher, employer, or payment processor and does not set prices, assign drivers, process payments, or guarantee services.
Communicate in-app, verify details yourself, meet safely, and call 911 or local emergency services in an emergency. Drivorr is not an emergency service, safety monitor, dispatcher, transportation provider, or safety authority.
Accepted Ride Requests
Once a ride request is accepted by a driver, it becomes unavailable to other drivers as part of a user-arranged agreement between independent users. Drivorr does not assign drivers, dispatch rides, or guarantee that any ride will be completed.
Non-Assignment Clarification
The restriction of availability after acceptance is a technical limitation reflecting a user-arranged agreement and does not constitute assignment, dispatch, or control by Drivorr.
No Guarantee
Acceptance of a ride request does not guarantee performance, completion, timing, or service quality. All obligations are solely between users.
Off-Platform Responsibility
Once users connect through the platform, all communications, agreements, services, payments, and transactions occur solely between users and outside the control of Drivorr.
User Evaluation Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating other users before choosing to interact, communicate, accept, counter, cancel, or proceed.
No Warranty
The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Drivorr's total cumulative liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
