DRIVORR is a neutral communication and marketplace platform. It connects independent riders and independent drivers so they can find each other, communicate, negotiate, and arrange rides directly — on their own terms.
DRIVORR provides a profile discovery system, a ride request board, a negotiation interface, and direct messaging tools. Everything else — pricing, scheduling, payment, agreements, safety decisions — happens directly between users.
Riders Decide
Riders post ride requests with their own price, pickup, dropoff, and schedule. Riders choose which driver offer to accept — DRIVORR never assigns a driver.
Drivers Choose
Drivers independently browse available ride requests and choose to accept, counter, or decline. No driver is ever dispatched or required to accept a ride.
DRIVORR Connects
Once a rider selects a driver, DRIVORR enables direct communication between them. All arrangements — payment, timing, details — are handled directly between users.
Payment Disclosure
DRIVORR does not process, collect, hold, transmit, or refund any ride payments. All payment arrangements are made solely and directly between riders and drivers. DRIVORR's only billing relationship is the optional Driver Membership subscription for platform access.
Before participating on the platform, drivers complete a profile and submit documentation for an internal participation eligibility review. This review is a platform access process only. It does not constitute verification, certification, endorsement, background screening, insurance validation, or licensing approval. DRIVORR does not independently verify any documents submitted.
Drivers remain solely responsible for their licensing, insurance, vehicle compliance, and legal obligations in their jurisdiction.
